Losing ground, overwhelming adversaries, overwhelmed by demand. We are not ready for the storm to come. Horses in the far distance beyond eyesight kick up the dust into a dervish. The desire to forfeit or concede in the face of overwhelming odds.

Distraction - The page is preoccupied with the wand. Not recognizing we are stranded without resources due to focusing on the wrong things. Or something keeps us from considering new opportunities, other perspectives, opportunities. So focused on our present fight that we resist the desire to be curious as it seems frivolous.

The Magician (Reversed) - Guide

If we ignore our inherent power we are lost. We must not let ourselves be overconfident, either. Take stock of what you have, get grounded, prune what does not serve. Being trapped in the realm of “what if” only postpones action. Dive deep and consider what you desire and use what you got to make it become so.

Summary

Scrambling for purchase, losing ground, not considering other avenues because they are seemingly flights of fancy. To reconnect with our power we need to give it thought & tend the garden. Not understanding or being overwhelmed by everything at our disposal may hold us back, but trust within, cut back the excess, and work with what you have. The tools are all within you.
